The Craft Spirits Berlin Community (CSB Community) offers the opportunity to inform oneself in the field of handmade spirits, to exchange ideas, to find companies and to get in touch with them directly.
- Interaction in the CSB community
In order to interact in the CSB Community, to contact other users or to post in the CSB Forum, a CSB Community profile must be created.
- Legal requirements
The content of the CSB Forum is related to the production, processing and tasting of high-proof spirits. For this reason, the minimum age for the legal consumption of alcohol in the respective country must be reached when creating a CSB Community profile.
- User-generated content
Content, forum topics, comments, groups and profiles are created and shared by the users of the community and only reflect the thoughts of the author. Since the community lives from the qualitative contributions of the users, we ask that only such contributions to be shared.
- Community policy
The CSB Community is a place for anyone who produces, distributes or is interested in craft spirits.
We therefore ask our users to treat each other with respect.
Posts, comments, etc. that are defamatory, insulting, hateful or threatening, spam or contain the data of others are not welcome and will be removed by Craft Spirits Berlin and lead to the deactivation of the user profile.
Content that risks copyright infringement (software, video, audio, images) or violates the law will also be removed by Craft Spirits Berlin and will result in the deactivation of the user profile.
- Community moderation
Contributions, contents and forum topics are regularly checked by moderators of Craft Spirits Berlin for compliance with our principles. Should any content be overlooked by our moderators, every user of the CSB Community is encouraged to report this to us via info@craftspiritsberlin.de.
- Removal of posts and user profiles
In order to maintain our community, moderators reserve the right to remove any content or user account at any time for violations of the Terms of Service.
The processing of requests to remove content is at our discretion.
- Topics and discussions
The topics discussed here are important to us. For this reason, we ask all users of the community to behave as if they are equally important to you.
Respect the topics and the users who are discussing them, even if you disagree with what is being said.
One way to improve the discussion is to discover what has already been said. Please search the threads before replying or starting your own.

Um in der CSB Community zu interagieren, andere Nutzern zu kontaktieren oder Beiträge im CSB Forum zu schreiben muss ein CSB Community-Profil erstellt werden.
- Rechtliche Anforderungen
Die Inhalte des CSB Forums stehen im Zusammenhang mit der Herstellung, Verarbeitung und Verkostung von hochprozentigen Spirituosen. Aus diesem Grund muss bei der Erstellung eines CSB Community-Profils das gesetzliche Mindestalter für den Konsum von Alkohol in dem jeweiligen Land erreicht sein.
- Benutzergenerierte Inhalte
Inhalte, Foren Themen, Kommentare, Gruppen und Profile werden durch die Nutzer der Community erstellt und geteilt und spiegeln lediglich die Gedanken des Autors wieder. Da die Community von den qualitativen Beiträgen der Nutzer lebt, bitten wir, auch nur solche zu teilen.

Die CSB Community ist ein Ort für jeden, der Craft Spirituosen herstellt, vertreibt oder sich für diese und deren Verkostung interessiert.
Wir bitten unsere Nutzer daher respektvoll miteinander umzugehen.
Beiträge, Kommentare, etc. die diffamierend, beleidigend, hasserfüllt oder bedrohend sind, Spam oder die Daten anderer enthalten sind nicht erwünscht und werden von Craft Spirits Berlin entfernt und führen zur Deaktivierung des Nutzerprofils.
Inhalte die Urheberrechtsverletzungen riskieren (Software, Video, Audio, Bilder) oder gegen geltendes Gesetz verstoßen werden ebenfalls durch Craft Spirits Berlin entfernt und führen zur Deaktivierung des Nutzerprofils.
- Community Moderation
Beiträge, Inhalte und Forenthemen werden regelmäßig durch Moderatoren von Craft Spirits Berlin auf die Einhaltung unserer Grundsätze kontrolliert. Sollte ein Inhalt durch unsere Moderatoren übersehen werden, so ist jeder Nutzer der CSB Community dazu angehalten diese an uns, über info@craftspiritsberlin.de zu melden.
- Entfernen von Beiträgen und Nutzerprofilen
Um unsere Community aufrechtzuerhalten, behalten sich Moderatoren das Recht vor, jeden Inhalt und jedes Benutzerkonto bei Verstößen gegen die Nutzungsbedingungen jederzeit zu entfernen.
Die Bearbeitung von Anträgen auf Entfernung von Inhalten liegt in unserem eigenen Ermessen.

Die hier diskutierten Themen sind uns wichtig. Aus diesem Grund bitten wir alle Nutzer der Community sich so zu verhalten, als seien sie euch genauso wichtig.
